Couple's Therapy

Whether you're navigating challenges with communication, trust/safety, or other issues, couples therapy aims to promote understanding, empathy, and connection between partners.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is ideal for those seeking connection with others who are facing similar challenges and is a great complement to individual therapy.
Topics may include managing anxiety, coping with trauma, improving communication skills, or navigating relationships—depending on the group’s shared goals.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based approach that helps you reprocess and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and emotional pain. Through bilateral stimulation (BLS), you’ll feel less overwhelmed by past experiences and more connected to your present self.
